There is nothing to sign on the first call, and no pressure at any step.
1. You reach out
Call (919) 822-2010 or use the I need help form. Duane answers personally. He will ask what prompted you to reach out and simply listen. If you want to stop after five minutes, that is completely fine.
2. You ask your questions
How much does it cost? What does it cover? What if I move? You get answers in plain English, with no jargon and no fine print. There are no bad questions.
3. You meet, if you would like
If you want to go further, you can book a private appointment or talk by phone or video. Scheduling a meeting does not commit you to anything.
4. You build your plan
Service type, music, readings, flowers, casket or urn, and the funeral home you choose. Every detail is written down. Many families take a week or so to settle the details.
5. Your plan is on file
Your wishes are documented, and your written contract states whether it is a standard or an inflation-proof contract, so you know how future price changes are handled. Some third-party costs may not be included. Your service wishes can be updated as life changes.
